CardSavr Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

CardSavr is designed to minimize the collection of personal data. We do not track your location, access your device contacts, or monitor your activity outside of the App.

We only collect data necessary to provide you with a functional card collection experience:

A. Authentication Data

To allow you to create an account and access your card collection across devices, we use third-party authentication services:

• Sign in with Apple: When you use this service, we receive a unique account identifier, your email address (or a private relay email if chosen), and your name.
• Sign in with Google: When you use this service, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture URL.

B. App Usage & Collection Data

To provide the app's features (such as storing your card album, checking in for daily rewards, or utilizing the trade house), the App stores database records containing:

• Your collection list, inventory of cards, active trade listings, and stamp card progress.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To create and maintain your CardSavr account.
• To save and retrieve your custom card collection and trade records.
• To enable the core features of the App (Storefront, Album, Trade House, and Stamp Check-In).
• To secure your account and prevent unauthorized access.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or tracking across other apps and websites.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.

Your data is stored securely in our database backend (powered by Supabase) solely for the operation of the App. We do not disclose your personal information unless required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Security of Your Data

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard security measures, secure transfer protocols (HTTPS), and authentication mechanisms provided by Apple, Google, and Supabase to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have control over your data. In accordance with Apple App Store guidelines:

• Access & Export: You can view all your card collections, inventory, and profile details inside the App.
• Account & Data Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated collection data at any time. To request deletion, you can contact us at the email address below, or use any in-app deletion controls provided in your profile settings. Upon request, all your data will be permanently purged from our databases.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
